Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup oatmeal (the flakes get into the blender until it looks like flour)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
4 packets of Truvia, stevia or splenda
2 eggs
1 cup egg whites
2 scoops of vanilla whey protein
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons ground flax
Preparation:
- In a bowl combine all dry ingredients.
- In another bowl mix all liquid ingredients.
- Mix the liquid ingredients into the dry bowl and mix well.
- Heat a Teflon pan over medium heat and put 1/4 cup of the mixture in it.Cook until lightly browned on both sides.
- Use honey or maple syrup
